Meet The Team

Chris Verst currently serves as the Vice President of Transportation for Verst Logistics where he leads Verst’s asset and non-asset transportation strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

 

Since joining Verst, Chris has gained experience across multiple business units, beginning as Manager of Business Administration in the Transportation division. He later transitioned into the role of Business Process Manager and Operations Manager within the Warehouse and Fulfillment business unit, where he spent two years leading operational improvement and cross‑functional alignment.

 

A graduate of the Xavier University's Williams College of Business, Goering Center Leadership Development Institute, NKY Chamber of Commerce Leadership Northern Kentucky (LNK), and a current board member at Master Provisions, Chris brings a strong foundation in leadership and community engagement to his work. Before joining Verst in 2018, he served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy as an Information Warfare Officer, gaining valuable skills that continue to influence his leadership approach. His leadership reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and a forward‑looking vision that supports the company’s ongoing growth.
